Keep is a simple, powerful way to capture inspiration and to-dos. With Google Keep you can take notes on any device and access them everywhere. Capture brainstorm ideas, keep important info handy, and watch your to-dos get crossed off -- it’s like a productivity pal who keeps you on track.

Use the app to take notes on your computer, tablet, phone, and web browser. Your notes automatically sync between devices so that you can work wherever you are.

Create notes with text, drawings, and images. Organize your notes into folders and labels to keep your information organized. Share your notes with others. To share a note, click on the collaborator icon at the bottom of a note and enter the email address(es) with whom you wish to share it.

If you want to be reminded about a note, click on the bell icon or select Pick date & time and select one of the suggested reminder times or the custom option. You can also set a reminder to appear at a certain location, such as at home or school.

If a note becomes too long or overwhelming for just a Keep note, copy it to a new Google Doc. To do this, open the note and click on More and then Copy to Google Docs. You can view your notes and lists in a variety of ways, including dual pane view, drag-out, and pinning.
